NEFCO Construction Supply LLC, a family-operated construction supply distributor, is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Sparks, NV. The roles cover shipping, receiving, inventory control, and related warehouse functions with cross-training opportunities.

You will operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
