NEFCO is hiring for full-time Warehouse Associates in Sparks, NV. Positions cover shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse duties across 1st/2nd/3rd shifts, with potential overtime and shift differentials.

As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders, while ensuring accuracy and inventory integrity through cycle counts and system use. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
