Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Loader, Non-Formula to move goods through our distribution process. You will transport items into trailers using forklift or pallet jack, wrap pallets, and ensure loads are secure while maintaining safety.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet productivity targets, and support a team focused on quality and efficiency. Temp-controlled locations may apply, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 60–90 lbs and perform repeated movements.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets, secure loads and ensure labels are in place.
• Locate trailer slots and secure loads accordingly.
• Inspect pallets and maintain clean, safe work areas.
