Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader Formula for our Warren, MI facility. You will transport items into trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks and prepare pallets for shipping, following safety standards and quality controls.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 60–90 pounds, and experience in a multi-temperature environment. Day 1 health benefits and a safe, supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and move product up to 60–90 lbs.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure loads.
• Remove empty pallets and packing materials and keep area clean.
• Perform safety checks and follow company policies.
• Complete all related duties as assigned.
