Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse worker responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and coordinating loads for local deliveries. The role uses forklift and pallet jack, relies on an electronic order system or order sheets, and requires careful loading to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation.

Responsibilities include building pallets, labeling loads, wrapping finished pallets, staging within trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
