Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA facility in Harrison, AR is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets for bulk and route loads. The role uses forklift or electronic pallet jack and requires attention to order accuracy, safety, and efficient staging for local delivery.

You will load and unload trucks, wrap pallets, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Physical work includes frequent lifting 20–45 pounds, standing, bending, and climbing into trailers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in warehouse/picking operations preferred.
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jack preferred; safety training is a plus.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and load according to load sheet.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage into truck.
• Turn in paperwork for checks before loading and have truck checked.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure regular attendance.
• Mark loads for out of stock items and manage staging.
• Complete partial pallets and store mixed pallets properly.
