Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Loader Formula to support its distribution process. This role involves moving items into trailers with forklifts or pallet jacks, wrapping pallets, and ensuring loads are secured and labeled correctly.

You will work in a warehouse environment, handling 10–35 lb items and occasionally heavier loads up to 90 lb. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to schedules are essential to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled/ overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–35 lb; up to 60–90 lb depending on location).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand per plan.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure loads.
• Remove empty pallets and inspect for damage; move as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and keep area clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete paperwork and wrap up end-of-shift duties.
