Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to handle inbound freight and inventory storage in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment while maintaining quality standards and safe routines.

The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 90 pounds, with the ability to work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments. Overtime and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks, places pallets with forklift or hand stack, and enters data into system.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock and rotates stock as needed.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots and removes waste materials.
• Inspects pallets for damage and moves them to storage areas with pallet jack or forklift.
• Follows safety policies and completes equipment checks and paperwork at shift end.
