Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for building pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring accurate orders. You will operate a forklift and/or pallet jack, wrap completed pallets, and stage them for local delivery.

Ideal candidates can lift 20–45 lb repeatedly, work in varying weather, and maintain clean, safe work practices while meeting daily load targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and order picking.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Capable of working in a team and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallets per load sheet.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage/load into truck when ready.
• Mark out-of-stock items, complete partial pallets, and maintain housekeeping.
• Turn in paperwork for checks and ensure truck is ready for loading.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliable performance.
