Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a warehouse associate to build pallets and load routes for local deliveries. The role requires operating a forklift or pallet jack, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining safe, organized work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following load sheets or voice-pick systems, stamping and wrapping loads, and coordinating with truck crews. 18+ years old and capable of lifting 20–45 lbs repeatedly are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick (if applicable).
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for checkout before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
