Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Person (Loader) to hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electric pallet jack, ensure load accuracy, and follow shipper/receiver documentation while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working across varying weather conditions. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, and attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift or power pallet jack to picking area and build pallet/load per sheet or voice pick.
• Mark load ticket for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Submit paperwork for loading checks and truck verification.
• Stage pallets and load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and store mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
