Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a warehouse loader to build and load pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack, ensure loading accuracy, and comply with shipper/receiver paperwork.

The role requires heavy lifting (20–45 lbs per case), standing and walking for long periods, and a commitment to safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience or order selecting/pickingProduct storage, staging, and powered equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lbs repetitively and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
