Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring a Full-Time FTA Loader in York, PA. You will load orders onto trailers for delivery, operate pallet jacks, and verify loads with RF devices or voice headsets. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Earn $19/hour with incentive pay during training and a 1st shift schedule starting at 7am. Overtime and a weekend shift are required as needed, with benefits and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product.
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets.
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensuring pallets are secured.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing appropriate forms.
• Occasional lifting of varying case weights and heights.

Position Overview

As a FTA Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. Pay & Location

Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training! Full Time - 1st Shift - 7am start until done (4 - 10s) Schedule will require at least one weekend shift Overtime / 5th day required as needed

Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
