Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a full-time FTA Loader to load orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

You will work 1st shift starting at 7am, with potential overtime and weekend shifts. Benefits and training are provided as part of a comprehensive program. Location is York, PA, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in unloading and loading operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Inspect trailers before loading to ensure safety and readiness.
• Verify loading accuracy using RF handhelds and/or voice headsets.
• Load pallets and secure them properly to prevent damages.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift varying case weights and heights as needed.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Full Time - 1st Shift - 7am start until done (4 - 10s)
• Schedule will require at least one weekend shift
• Overtime / 5th day required as needed
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
