Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring a Loader for full-time 1st shift in York, PA. Starting rate is $19/hr with potential to earn $25+/hr after training. Responsibilities include loading pallets, inspecting trailers, and verifying orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets.

The position requires 1+ years of material handling experience, a strong safety focus, and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for most of the shift. Benefits and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets into trailers and secure them properly.
• Inspect trailers before loading to ensure safety.
• Verify orders using RF devices or voice headsets.
• Perform equipment inspections and document findings.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs as needed.

Position Overview

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers.

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!

• Full Time, 1st shift available

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday Friday & Saturday

• 7:00am - 5:30pm

• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
