Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in York, PA to support daily loading and distribution operations. You will operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect trailers before loading, and verify orders with RF devices or voice headsets. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate handling of goods.

Paid training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits starting day one. The position offers first-shift hours, full-time employment, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment such as sit-down forklift or clamp truck is required.
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks to move merchandise.
• Inspect trailers prior to loading and verify orders with RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load pallets securely into trailers and ensure proper restraint to prevent damage.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift varying weights and handle products safely.

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!


• Full Time, 1st shift available


• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday Friday & Saturday


• 7:00am - 5:30pm


• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks


• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product


• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets


• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages


• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form


• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift


• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.


• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more


• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead


• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height


• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
