Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring for a Warehouse Unloader on a 3rd shift in York, PA. Starting pay is $19/hr with potential to exceed $20/hr after training. The role involves unloading inbound trailers, recording dates, and using forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise.

Schedule is 4/10s with at least one weekend day, 6:30pm start, with overtime as required. We provide paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k match), plus PTO/holiday pay and career progression

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift is required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive product and record dates; break down pallets according to procedures.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamps to move merchandise.
• Move pallets from dock to correct aisles and prevent backlog of trucks.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete forms as required.
• Safely lift varying case weights and heights as needed.

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with unloading and receiving inbound trailers. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $20+/hr after training!
• Full Time, 3rd shift available
• Schedule: 4/10s with at least one weekend day, 6:30pm start time until end of shift. overtime as required
• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
