Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for hand-building pallets for bulk, route, and local deliveries. You will use a forklift or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy in loading and documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working in varying weather conditions with hours that may fluctuate based on workload.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items and wrap pallet when finished.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck; maintain housekeeping and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Regular, reliable attendance and adherence to safety procedures.
