Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate and move products using RF scanning, load and restock items, and process orders on a fast-paced shift. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

You will be expected to follow safety rules, maintain equipment, and obtain Lift Operator Certification in line with OSHA guidelines. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment and use RF unit to scan and move product.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product.
• Restock, pick and pack product for orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete Lift Operator Certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
