Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate product using an RF unit, pull product from locations, and transport items to departments. You will process portions of customer orders and restock bins throughout the production day.

Responsibilities include operating powered lift equipment, loading/unloading, restocking and packing orders, daily equipment checks, and adhering to safety and OSHA certification guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read and identify colors, sizes, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF unit to locate product and scan movement.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and handle maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Complete Lift Operator Certification per OSHA every three years.
