Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to locate products using RF technology, manually pull and palletize items, unload trucks, and ensure accurate order processing throughout production shifts. The role includes safety compliance and ongoing certification in lift operations.

You will load, unload, move, restock, pick, and pack products for customer orders while maintaining inventories and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Locates product safely and efficiently using an RF unit.
• Picks, loads, unloads, and stacks product for orders.
• Maintains accurate inventory and replenishes bins.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment with RF scanning to move product and identify locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and ensure proper checkout and return in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines for equipment use.
• Complete Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA every three years.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
