Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate and move product using an RF unit, restock and fulfill customer orders in our DC Warehouse.

You will load, unload, pick, pack, and inspect equipment daily while following safety procedures and maintaining necessary OSHA certifications. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This full-time on-site position offers benefits including medical, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in counting.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment and RF unit to scan and move product.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return of gear.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain certification per OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
