Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers for issues.
• Post payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and warehouse loans.
• Handle daily wires processing and quick-turnaround tasks.
• Maintain communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Dealers, and customers.
• Download, save, and distribute weekly Dealer Floor Plan reports.
• Monitor transactions and notify customers of returned payments.
• Provide support to branches and other bank departments.
