Job summary

Cermaq US in Florida is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will work cross-functionally with Production, QA, Procurement and Logistics to maintain accurate inventory and timely material movement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse management or similar role.
• 2+ years in aquaculture/seafood or perishable industry preferred.
• Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and traceability.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments.
• ERP/WMS experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, picking, and shipping.
• Schedule daily warehouse activities to align with production plans and priorities.
• Manage inventory levels, flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished products; coordinate with Production/Procurement/Logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, apply FIFO/FEFO, investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and coach warehouse staff; ensure safety, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure proper product handling, HACCP/FSMA/GMP/SQF compliance in partnership with QA & Food Safety.
• Oversee finished-product staging and shipping, ensuring accurate orders and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and issue resolution across departments.
