JRF Technology, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a driven Warehouse Lead to own daily operations and lead a dedicated crew. You will supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory checks to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in a lead role, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and proficiency with WMS or inventory software. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels through cycle counts and stock audits
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all warehouse inventory

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
