Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily DC operations and supervise hourly staff, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will ensure timely inbound receipt, inventory accuracy, and outbound shipping, while supporting office tasks and interdepartmental coordination. Shift begins 6:30am and runs until 6:00pm with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign hourly employee’s daily tasks.
• Provide feedback to supervision about employee behavior and development.
• Participate in training of new or less experienced workers.
• Ensure timely receipt of inbound inventory and accurate inventory records.
• Report damage to racks and equipment to management.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist office personnel and perform related office duties.
