Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse role at our Louisville, KY site. Monday to Friday shifts include early evenings; you will train staff, support order fulfillment, and help maintain inventory. You may supervise shipping and ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily warehouse tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with proficiency in English and basic math. Overtime and a supportive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

Requires completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Two or more years of work experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand English and basic math.

Responsibilities

Train warehouse associates on duties and safety SOPs.
Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.
Oversee shipping and general operations when needed.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate workloads.
Operate reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift as required.
