Job summary

Shiseido Americas Distribution Center in Groveport, OH is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold safety and quality for internal and external customers.

You will supervise warehouse workers, communicate with the Operations Supervisor, and ensure timely execution of policies. The role requires leadership experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and ability to operate equipment such as reach trucks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as warehouse worker or equivalent.
• 2+ years in lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse tools.
• Experience using PC tools like Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between management and team members.
• Enforce company policies and provide feedback to Supervisors.
• Meet deadlines and goals set by the department supervisor.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews to temporary staff.
• Lead by example and maintain safety and security policies.
• Monitor break schedules and ensure adherence.
• Interact with shipping gates and drivers.
• Run the department in Supervisors' absence.
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (Reach truck, double pallet rider).
