Xpedient Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Groveport, OH to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have leadership experience in warehousing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or logistics role with 1 year in leadership.
• HS diploma or equivalent; logistics training a plus.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory, or auditing.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and support warehouse associates daily.
• Assign and monitor tasks for timely, accurate completion.
• Oversee receiving, storage and distribution of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts/audits.
• Monitor quality and report discrepancies or damages.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; maintain records.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Train new staff on procedures and best practices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
