Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Tampa, FL to support the Shift Supervisor with training, safety, and daily operations. You will build and pick orders, operate pallet jacks and walkie-riders, and help ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

This role involves inventory management, equipment checks, and coaching new hires while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. 18+ with 0–2 years of experience is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Supervisor in training, safety, reporting, and daily shift meetings.
• Build and select orders accurately by following load tickets and ensuring product quality.
• Operate and maintain powered industrial equipment, perform pre-shift checks, and follow safety policies.
• Manage inventory: receive inbound products, replenish stock, restock, repack, and ensure date codes and proper rotation.
• Prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting to loading dock or trailer.
• Serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitating training and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Position Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead performs the essential functions of a warehouse employee in addition to assisting the Shift Supervisor in the areas of training, safety, reporting, and conducting of the daily shift meeting
• As a Warehouse Lead, you will build and select orders accurately by following assigned load tickets, ensuring product quality, and delivering customer orders free of damage
• You will operate and maintain powered industrial equipment, including electronic pallet jacks and walkie-riders, while performing pre-shift equipment checks and adhering to safety policies
• You will manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, and ensuring date code accuracy and proper product rotation
• You will prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting completed orders to the loading dock or trailer
• You will serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitate their training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
