Job summary

Aerotek is recruiting for a Material Handler III (Warehouse Lead) in Indianapolis, IN. You will serve as a senior operator, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks on 2nd or 3rd shift while ensuring GMP-compliant processes and accurate stock levels.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on use of SAP and RF scanning systems. Prior forklift experience and flexibility across shifts are a plus for this fully onsite contract position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related warehouse experience.
• Thorough understanding of GMP principles and their application.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems.
• Ability to use RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
• Forklift operation if licensed or certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced-level material handling activities including picking, packing, loading, and staging.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse activities on shift with team members.
• Adapt procedures and tools to meet complex operational needs.
• Fluctuate between order picking, packing, weighing, shipping, and receiving tasks.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes and quality systems daily.
