Job summary

Imagineering Finishing Technologies is hiring a Large Part Material Handler in Indianapolis to safely move oversized components using forklifts and cranes. The role involves loading and transporting materials between workstations, staging according to production priorities, and ensuring safety and accuracy in documentation.

Experience with material handling equipment is preferred; an associate degree or higher is desired, with opportunities to grow in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Prior related experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move large and heavy parts using forklifts, cranes, hoists, or other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials between workstations, storage areas, and production lines.
• Safely rig and secure oversized components for lifting and transport.
• Inspect materials for damage and verify part numbers and documentation.
• Stage materials for production according to schedules and priorities.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lifting techniques.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
