Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Illinois to oversee daily operations, direct team members, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of client orders. You will monitor safety, manage inventory counts, and operate a forklift as part of a fast-paced logistics team.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience; forklift certification within 30 days of hire is required. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth at Crane.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Directs inventory counts and makes adjustments when needed.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and a safe work environment.
• Operate forklift or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Loads/unloads materials and attaches labels as needed.
• Complete required paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
