Job summary

Crane is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for on-site warehouse operations in Illinois. You will lead team members, ensure accurate picking/packing, and supervise inventory and safety protocols. Strong forklift experience and adherence to Crane SOPs are essential.

Responsibilities include overseeing order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment while training staff and driving efficiency at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience required.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Loads and unloads materials from pallets, racks or vehicles by hand or forklift.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs.
• Performs inventory counts and adjustments as directed.
