Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support on-site operations in McCook, IL. You will lead tasks as directed by the supervisor, ensure orders are picked and packed accurately, and operate forklifts and RF-scanning systems to move and track goods.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience, with forklift certification due within 30 days of hire. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience preferred.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Operate a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Scan freight via warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as directed.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Presence on-site at the assigned work location.
