Crane in Illinois seeks a Subject Matter Expert to oversee processes and technology applications in our warehouse operations. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Three+ years of related experience
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment and RF scanning tools

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the supervisor
• Ensures customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely
• Performs inventory counts and makes adjustments as directed
• Monitors compliance with safety and security procedures
• Loads/unloads materials using forklift or other equipment
• Maintains on-site presence for the assigned location
• Exhibits strong leadership and planning skills
• Maintains housekeeping and adheres to Crane SOPs
