Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution ops experience with 6 months of leadership or supervision.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT/annual recertification.
• Conduct observations on performance and maintenance activities.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready.
