Job summary

MSI is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee floor operations, supervise staff, and enforce safety in a busy warehouse. The role involves coordinating tasks, training operators, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years of supervisor experience, lean training, and experience with forklifts and overhead cranes. This is a full-time, on-site position in California with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating floor operations.
• Strong safety focus and ability to enforce procedures.
• Proven ability to train and certify operators (forklift, crane, etc.).
• Experience with lean methods (5S, PDCA) and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse tasks and staff.
• Move slabs using overhead cranes and unload with forklifts.
• Ensure safety and secure product on vehicles for delivery.
• Lead stand-up meetings and coordinate shift changes.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply lean improvements.
