Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a Warehouse - Lead in Barnesville, PA to manage a department of 10+ warehouse staff. You will assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow and oversee distribution operations.

The role requires hands-on supervision, training, and accurate documentation; proficiency with basic warehouse equipment and MS Office helps. Open availability; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution.
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10+ warehouse workers.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department.
• Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and complete documentation as needed.
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution.
• Monitor and oversee the shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain, review and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process.
• Use of a computer system to input, retrieve and evaluate information.
• Performs other duties as assigned
