Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution.
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Job Title: Warehouse - Lead

Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits

Pay Rate: $21.50 p/hr

Shift: Mid-shift, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Duties/Responsibilities

• Leading a department of 10+ warehouse workers
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department
• Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and complete documentation as needed.
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution
• Monitor and oversee the shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of basic warehouse equipment such as pickers, forklifts and reach trucks
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution.
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing/walking warehouse floor to observe/manage business activity.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at times.
