Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to analyze and implement plans to achieve goals.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and email.
• Ability to utilize scanners with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and pushing 300 lbs, ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and hiring for warehouse staff and conduct orientation for new associates.
• Supervise, develop, and train warehouse personnel and maintain morale and motivation.
• Evaluate and document performance; conduct appraisals; recommend salary changes and set goals.
• Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC regulations.
• Investigate incidents and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Schedule staff and maintain attendance records; assist in labor hours tracking.
• Assist in production planning and management of Branch P&L.
• May oversee packing and stocking operations; unload trucks and ensure proper labeling.
• May manage packing and display of products per schematics to satisfy customer requests.
