Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company, headquartered in Billings, Montana, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to provide hands-on leadership for inventory and material handling in a manufacturing environment. The role drives stocking objectives, monitors data, and improves cost, quality, and delivery while coordinating with production and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and analytical with experience in inventory control and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five (5) or more years of related inventory, warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience.
• Combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Promote and enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities of inventory and material processing staff.
• Plan work schedules, material pulls, and workflow priorities to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align inventory activities with production schedules.
• Monitor inventory availability and identify shortages or constraints.
• Maintain accurate inventory data including transactions, bin locations, and picklists.
• Inspect materials and equipment and coordinate corrective actions.
• Read and analyze work orders and production schedules to determine requirements.
• Train employees on equipment operation, inventory processes, and safety expectations.
