Job summary

Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company is seeking a Warehouse Lead for its on-site Billings, MT operation. Lead daily inventory and material handling, coordinate with production, and drive safety and efficiency across shifts.

You will plan work, monitor stock levels, and reduce costs while ensuring on-time delivery. A background in manufacturing warehousing with strong leadership and ERP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies and PPE.
• Direct daily activities of inventory/processing staff.
• Plan work schedules and priorities to support production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments on inventory.
• Monitor availability and identify shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects.
• Read work orders and schedules to determine needs.
• Train staff on procedures and safety.
• Develop stocking levels targeting cost reduction and on-time delivery.
• Address workflow concerns with management.
• Maintain attendance records.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
