Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Installation Warehouse team. The role focuses on leading daily warehouse activities and mastering the Warehouse Management System to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• High level of internal and external customer service.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completion of all daily warehouse activities, including pre- and post-loadout preparation.
• Receive, unload, and verify shipments.
• Prepare inventory for next day’s loadout.
• Manage storage of inventory and verify accuracy.
• Process all returned inventory.
• Daily monitoring of inventory adjustments.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits of machinery for safety.
• Address occupational safety concerns with management.
