Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Installation Warehouse team. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse activities and master the Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and loading processes.

Key responsibilities include preparing inventory for loadouts, verifying shipments, performing cycle counts, and enforcing safety standards across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily warehouse activities including pre- and post-loadout.
• Receive, unload, and verify shipments.
• Prepare inventory for the next day’s loadout.
• Manage storage of inventory and verify accuracy.
• Process returned inventory and monitor adjustments.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Ensure safe operation of all warehouse machinery.
• Conduct audits and address safety concerns.
