Empire Today in Worthington, OH is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Installation Warehouse team. You will manage daily warehouse operations and master the Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate receipts, storage, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Overtime available when needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily warehouse activities, including pre-/post-loadout preparation, receiving/unloading/verifying shipments, and inventory prep for the next day.
• Manage inventory storage and verify accuracy.
• Process all returned inventory and monitor inventory adjustments.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and safety checks of machinery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and address safety concerns with management.
