Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join the Installation Warehouse team in Worthington, OH. The role focuses on daily warehouse tasks and mastering the Warehouse Management System to optimize operations.

You will lead loading/unloading, inventory prep, and cycle counts while maintaining safety and efficiency. Benefits include health, PTO, wellness programs, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily warehouse activities including pre/post-loadout prep and verification of shipments.
• Receive, unload, verify shipments and prepare inventory for next day’s loadout.
• Manage storage of inventory and verify accuracy; process returned inventory.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and perform daily cycle counts.
• Ensure safe operation of all warehouse machinery and conduct safety checks.
• Address safety concerns with management and maintain clean, safe workspace.
