Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Worker to oversee receiving, stock processing, and order fulfillment in our Phoenix area facility. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate with teammates, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments.

Key duties include receiving products, checking quality, organizing storage, directing transfers, and operating equipment. This role requires flexibility in hours and a focus on safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Requires previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisor or related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to physical risks.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive products, check quality, and store properly.
• Transfer products to and from the warehouse.
• Process requests and prepare merchandise for delivery or shipping.
• Schedule and assign daily work and oversee tasks.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Ensure security of company assets.
