Gabriel Group in Crookston, MN is seeking a reliable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shop operations, manage inventory, and keep our shop floor and fleet organized and ready for operation.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Applicants should have hands-on warehouse experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shop coordination, or inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to organize physical spaces and restructure inventory systems effectively.
• Ability to manage basic fleet inspection routines and maintenance schedules.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe shop floor.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Restructure & Control: Reorganize and optimize warehouse inventory layout, labeling, and accurate stock tracking.
• Shop Upkeep & Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day shop operational standards, routine facility care, and equipment readiness.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate regular vehicle inspections, track basic maintenance schedules, and keep transport assets ready for operation.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness, safe working conditions, and orderly material and tool storage.
