Automotive Parts Headquarters in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Picking Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in picking and/or receiving.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, accountability, accuracy, and safety standards while supporting a fast-paced team to fulfill customer orders. You will lead picking and/or receiving tasks, manage inventory cycles, ensure on-time shipments, and collaborate across departments to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, receiving, or inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or readiness to step into a lead role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support picking and/or receiving operations as needed.
• Oversee accurate picking, staging, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Manage receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.
